Hi, I'm Haley, and I'm so glad you're here!
Growing up in Southeastern KY
I was born and raised in rural southeastern Kentucky, where I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate, accessible healthcare. Growing up in a small community taught me the value of hard work and taking the time to truly listen—qualities that continue to shape the way I care for every patient today.
Why I became a physical therapist
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College and have dedicated my career to helping people regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities they love. My clinical experience includes orthopedic rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, pelvic health physical therapy, and wellness-focused care, allowing me to treat a wide variety of conditions with individualized, evidence-based treatment.
Life outside the clinic
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling to new places, hiking Kentucky's trails, or getting lost in a good fantasy novel. My Border Collie, Skylar, is my favorite adventure companion and is always eager to join me exploring somewhere new. He has been my adventure buddy for years and reminds me every day how important movement is—not just for our health, but for enjoying the people, places, and experiences that make life meaningful.
Why I built SOAR Wellness & Rehab
I created SOAR Wellness & Rehab because I wanted to build the kind of practice I always wished existed. Too often, patients feel rushed through appointments, see a different provider each visit, or receive treatment based on productivity expectations instead of their personal goals. I believe physical therapy should be different.
Whether we meet in your home or through secure telehealth, my goal is simple: to understand your story, identify the root cause of your symptoms, and create a treatment plan that fits your life. I believe great care isn't just about reducing pain—it's about helping you return to hiking your favorite trail, playing with your children or grandchildren, getting back to work, or simply moving through life with confidence again.
It would be an honor to be part of your journey. I look forward to helping you move well, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
